dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací konceptu Balanced Scorecard do podniku EMOS spol. s r. o. V první části jsou charakterizovány různé přístupy týkající se měření výkonnosti podniku a podrobněji popsán princip metody Balanced Scorecard. Další část obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku podniku EMOS a strategické analýzy pro objasnění současného stavu podniku. Výsledky těchto analýz se staly podkladem pro vytvoření a implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard do podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with suggestion and implementation of the conception Balanced Scorecard into the company EMOS Co. Ltd. In the first part there are described some different approaches of measuring performance of the company and also in more detail description of the Balanced Scorecard method princi-ple. The next part contains the common charakteristic of the company EMOS and strategic analyses for understanding of the current situation in the company. Results of these analyses generate basis for the composition and implementation the Balanced Scorecard conception into the company.	en
