dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části se věnuji profesi sestry v ambulantní sféře a činnostem, které vykonává. Popisuji historii registrace sester v České republice a její význam v současnosti. Zmiňuji se o legislativě a legislativních změnách vztahující se k této registraci. Zabývám se možnostmi celoživotního vzdělávání pro sestry. V praktické části se zaměřuji na průzkum registrace sester v ambulantní sféře ve Zlínském kraji. Zjišťuji, zda jsou sestry registrované, zda jsou informovány o podmínkách registrace a jaké mají možnosti se celoživotně vzdělávat. Porovnávám nabídku vzdělávacích aktivit pro sestry ve Valašských kloboukách a okolí, Zlíně a okolí a sleduji spokojenost s nabízenými vzdělávacími aktivitami.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In theoretical part deals with nursing profession in ambulatory care and duties which she does. The history of nurse registration in the Czech Republic and its changes relating to nurse registration. Finally, opportunities concerning lifelong learning for nurses are considered. In practical part focuses on the research of the nurse registration in ambulatory care in Zlín's region. It is investigated if nurses are registered and informed about conditions of the registration and what possibilities of lifelong learning they have. Offers of eductional activities for nurses in Valašské Klobouky its surroundings as well as in Zlín its surroundings are compared and satisfaction with them is monitored.	en
