Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku informačního systému akciové společnosti ABC. Úvod práce zdůvodňuje výběr daného tématu ke zpracování a cíl diplomové práce. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy z oblasti IS/IT, popisuje trendy současnosti a informační systém, důvody zavedení informačních systémů, způsob a požadavky jejich výběru, proces implementace, životní cyklus projektu a metody hodnocení informačního systému. Praktická část práce popisuje celkový profil společnosti, sortiment výrobků a segmenty na trhu. Dále analyzuje současný stav informačního systému, moduly, které pokrývá a nedostatky současného informačního systému. Z popsané analýzy vyplyne návrh alternativy změny současného informačního systému, která varianta bude cílem pro zlepšení stávajícího stavu IS/IT. Závěr diplomové práce zhodnotí přínosy pro společnost a rizika spojené se změnou informačního systému. |

This thesis is target to the ABC information system dilemma. The introduction is giving a reason for selection to this subject and its goal. Thesis is classified into theoretic and prac-tical part. Theoretic part informs with the basic words of IS/IT, describes present trends and the information system, the reasons of information system implementation, the way and requirements of their selection, the process of implementation, the life cycle of the project and methods of information system evaluation. The practical part describes the whole company profile, the range of their goods and market segmentation. Along is ana-lyzed the present situation of information system, its scales which are covered and defects it may have. The analysis is followed with a suggestion for alternation to remodel present information system, which model will be a goal of this thesis. The thesis judges at the end all assets and risks linked to a change of information system. |
