Obsahom tejto práce je analyzovanie konkurenčného prostredia výrobného a obchodného podniku Q-EX a.s. so sídlom v Trenčíne. V práci identifikujem konkurenciu firmy na trhu výroby a predaja reklamných nosičov a prenájmu reklamných plôch. Postupne analyzujem vybraných konkurentov a podnikové prostredie jednotlivých firiem, určím ich silné a slabé stránky a pozíciu na trhu. Práca je doplnená o Porterov model spoločnosti Q-EX a.s., ktorý charakterizuje hlavné oblasti konkurenčného boja. |

The content of this project is analysing of competitive environment of production and sale enterprise of Q-EX, a.s. with its headquarter in Trenčín. I am trying to identify competition of the company on the market of production and sale of advertising media and renting of advertising boards. I am analyzing chosen competitors and environment of individual firms, I identify their strong and weak sides and position on the market. The project is completed with Porter model of Q-EX company which characterize main areas of competition fight. |
