Cílem této diplomové práce je zefektivnit současně používaný manažerský a komunikační systém ve firmě TREXIMA spol. s r.o. a navrhnout jeho rozšíření o sekci "řízení vztahů se zákazníky". Hlavními body diplomové práce je zpracování literárních pramenů týkajících se problematiky manažerských informačních systémů, provedení analýzy současného vyu-žití informačních systémů ve firmě, analýzy rozsahu obchodních operací a předložení ná-vrhu doplnění těchto informačních systémů na základě analýzy, dle potřeb firmy a v souladu s poznatky uvedenými v teoretické části. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty přínosy řešení, které firmě umožní zkompletovat funkční a efektivní manažerský informač-ní a komunikační systém. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to streamline a currently used management and communi-cations information system in the TREXIMA Company and to suggest its enlarge with sec-tion "customer relation ship management'q. Main points of this diploma thesis are process-ing of the literature basis dealings with questions of management information systems, ac-complishment an analyze of current usage of information systems, accomplishment of an analyze of business cases and propose a suggestion of information systems supplement on the base of the analyze according to firm's requirements agreeable with findings noted in theoretic part. At the conclusion there are summarized assets of solution which enable to complete functional and effective management and communications information system. |
