dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce uvádí do problematiky duševního onemocnění a psychosociální rehabilitace dlouhodobě duševně nemocných. Seznamuje s historií a vývojem zdravotní a sociální péče v oblasti duševního zdraví, institucemi, které tyto služby poskytují a zajišťují. V další části práce je uveden a popsán systém péče o dlouhodobě duševně nemocné v regionu Mladá Boleslav. Popisuje jedno z nejstarších zdravotnických zařízení v České republice - Psychiatrickou léčebnu Kosmonosy a další organizace, které poskytují sociální služby - kompletní psychosociální rehabilitaci, dlouhodobě duševně nemocným.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Dissertation introduces us into problems of mental illness and psycho-social rehabilitation of patients with long-term mental disorder. It apprises with history and development of health and social care in area of mental health. It also brings the information about providers of these services. In the second part is described system of care of people with long-term mental disorders in region Mladá Boleslav. It described one the oldest medical facilities in the Czech Republic - Psychiatric hospital Kosmonosy and other institutions providing social services - comprehensive psycho-social rehabilitation for people with long-term mental disorder.	en
