dc.description.abstract	Tato práce nastiňuje problematiku spojenou s výkonem vazby, snaží se zmapovat a popsat možné dopady výkonu vazby na obviněné. V teoretické části je popsán historický vývoj institutu vazby a její současná právní úprava, včetně práv a povinností obviněných ve výkonu vazby. Dále jsou zde popsány možné negativní dopady výkonu vazby na obviněné a možnosti pomoci při jejich řešení. Praktická část je věnována zpracování výsledků získaných z dotazníků pro obviněné.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis outlines the issues related to power ties, seeks to map and describe the potential impact the performance of links to the accused. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the institute and its links current legislation, including the rights and obligations of the accused in the exercise of custody. There are also described the possible negative impact the performance of links to the accused and the possibility of assistance in dealing with them. The practical part is devoted to processing the results obtained from the questionnaires for the accused.	en
