Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Projekt zdokonalení systému motivace pracovníků firmy Guma Zlín, s.r.o. se zaměřením na zaměstnanecké výhody. V teoretické části je popsána podstata motivace, zaměstnaneckých výhod a také je zde zmíněn Tomáš Baťa a jeho využití tvůrčích myšlenek v oblasti motivace spolupracovníků. Analytická část je věnována charakteristice společnosti, analýze motivačního systému, analýze zaměstnaneckých výhod, zpracováním dotazníku a rozhovoru s vedením firmy. V projektové části jsou navržena jednotlivá řešení zjištěných nedostatků a samotné zavádění nových zaměstnaneckých výhod. Jednotlivé oblasti projektu jsou podrobeny časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

This master thesis deals with subject The Project of Improvement of the Employee Motivation System in the Company Guma Zlin, s.r.o., Focussed on Fringe Benefits. In theoretical part there is described the bases of motivation, fringe benefits and also is here mentioned Tomáš Baťa and his application creative idea in area of motivation co- workers. Analytical part contains the characteristics of company Guma Zlín, s.r.o., analysis of the motivation system, employee benefits, processing questionary and interview with management of the company. In the project part are suggested the particular solutions for the finded deficiences and the realization itself of new employee benefits. The time, costs and risks analysis of the each part of developed project is in concluding part of the work. |
