dc.description.abstract	Tato práce pojednává o emoční inteligenci, o jejím vztahu k akademické inteligenci a jejím vlivu na zaměstnání jedince. Teoretická část srovnává názory různých autorů na koncepci emoční inteligence, popisuje její vtah k akademické inteligenci a její význam v životě člověka. Výzkum, který je součástí této práce, se zabývá emoční inteligencí ve vztahu k zaměstnání. Závěr výzkumu by měl odpovědět na otázky, zda pomáhající profesionálové mají vyšší emoční inteligenci než osoby v nepomáhajících profesích a zda tito lidé mají vyšší emoční inteligenci už když se stávají pomáhajícími profesionály nebo tuto inteligenci získávají v průběhu výkonu povolání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My essay is about emotional intelligence, about ist relationship with academical intelligence and its influence in an employment. The theoretical part compares the opinions on conception of emotional intelligence as understood by various authors in their concepts. The practical research (which is part of this work as well as theoretical part), deals with the emotional intelligence and its relationship with an employment. The conclusion of research work answer on the questions: If people in care-taking professions have higher EQ score than people in other professions and if this people have higher EQ score in the time when they become care-taking or the have got this intelligence during the work.	en
