dc.description.abstract	Cestovný ruch je v dnešnej dobe dôležitým faktorom, ktorý ovplyvňuje ekonomickú stránku nielen daného regiónu, ale zároveň aj celého štátu. Témou mojej diplomovej práce je rozvoj cestovného ruchu vo Vysokých Tatrách, kde je prvá časť venovaná literárnemu prehľadu v rámci danej problematiky. Druhá časť analyzuje súčasný stav vo Vysokých Tat-rách a aj samotnú charakteristiku územia, jednotlivých obcí, z ktorých lokalita Vysoké Tat-ry pozostáva. V tejto časti som taktiež urobil prehľad súčasných cien v rámci cestovania a rekreácie a zároveň aj atrakcií, ktoré sa tu nachádzajú. Vypracoval som dotazník, kde som prostredníctvom oslovených respondentov vyhodnotil jednotlivé otázky a na ich základe som v tretej časti navrhol konkrétny projekt pre rozvoj cestovného ruchu zdvojkoľajnením tatranskej elektrickej železnice.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Tourism is nowadays an important factor that affects not only economic aspect of a particular region, but also the whole country. The topic of my thesis is tourism develop-ment in High Tatras. First part is dealing with literary survey of the thesis. The second part analyzes the current situation of tourism in High Tatras and characteristics of individual municipalities of the territory of which the High Tatras locality consists. In this part an overview of current prices in the tourism, recreation, and attractions found in this area is provided. I have presented a questionnaire along with its results based on respondents' an-swers to questions provided in the questionnaire. Based on this, in the third section I pro-posed a specific project for tourism development by doubling tracks of Tatra Electric Rail-ways.	en
