Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je poukázať na controlling, jeho postavenie a funkciu v podni-ku. Teoretická časť zobrazuje názory na controlling a popisuje teoretické predpoklady pre úspešné fungovanie v podniku. Zároveň vysvetľuje členenie podnikového controllingu a jeho organizačné začlenenie. Praktická časť pozostáva z preskúmania súčasného stavu sledovanej spoločnosti. Je venovaná popisu controllingových činností v konkrétnom podniku a ich posú-deniu. Na základe výstupu analýzy controllingových činností sú vytvorené konkrétne návrhy opatrení |

The main objective of this thesis is to point out to the role of controlling and its purpose in an enterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis presents views of controlling and describes theo-retical preconditions of successful functioning in a company. At the same time it explains the structure of company's controlling system and its implementation into the enterprise organiza-tion. The practical part consists of the investigation and survey of the present day standing in the actual company. It depicts the controlling activities in the examined company and their appraisal. In reference to the analysis output of the controlling activities, in the examined com-pany, specific measures, to be taken, have been drafted. |
