dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout možnosti úspor pro firmu RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. při řízení cestovní politiky v oblasti letecké dopravy. Teoretická část práce pojednává o typologii cestovního ruchu se zaměřením na obchodní cestovní ruch. V úvodu analytické části je podrobně popsána cestovní agentura FLY UNITED s.r.o., se kterou společnost RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. v posledním roce své činnosti spolupracuje. Na základě profesních znalostí agentury a nabídky trhu cestovního ruchu byla provedena analýza možností úspor pro společnost.V souvislosti s těmito možnostmi byla také provedena analýza cestovní politiky společnosti za poslední dva roky. Srovnáním výsledků obou výše jmenovaných analýz bylo možné dospět k doporučením, jejichž uplatnění povede k dosažení vyšších úspor pro společnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose saving possibilities for RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s when managing company air travel policy. The theoretical part deals with typology of tourist trade concentrating on business travel. RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. has cooperated with a travel agency called FLY UNITED s.r.o. recently. The travel agency is closely described at the beginning of the analytical part. On the basis of the expertise of this agency and the tourist market offer the analysis of saving possibilities for RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. was made. In connection with these saving possibilities the company travel policy was analysed too. By comparing the two analyses some recommendations to increase savings in the company were suggested.	en
