Pro diplomovou práci bylo vybráno téma Strategie rozvoje města Valtice. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a legisla-tivní rámec s důrazem na zákon č. 128/2000 Sb., o obcích (obecní zřízení). Praktická část obsahuje rozbor klíčových oblastí města, jako jsou životní prostředí, obyvatelstvo, trh prá-ce, infrastruktura, zemědělství, průmysl a cestovní ruch. Součástí praktické části je SWOT analýza, ze které plynou přednosti a rozvojové možnosti města, ale také jeho nedostatky. Dále práce obsahuje stručný návrh strategie rozvoje města Valtice, na kterou navazuje katalog projektů. |

For the dissertation work the theme The Strategy of the Town Valtice was chosen. The work is divided in two parts: the theoretical one and the practical one. In the theoretical part are defined the main problems and legislation frame with the accentuation to the law č. 128/2000 Sb. of municipalities (municipal constitution). The practical part includes the analysis of key ranges of the town, as the environment the habitation, the labour market, the infrastructure, the agriculture, the industry and the tourism. The practical part is the SWOT analysis, of which the priority and developing possibilities result, but also its insufficiencies. And father more the work includes a brief concept of the strategy of the developing of the town Valtice. The strategy is followed by a list of projects. |
