Tato práce se zabývá definicí a rozdělením alimentárních onemocnění. Je zde stručně popsáno jejich taxonomické zařazení, výskyt, epidemiologie a průkaz původců a patogeneze způsobovaných onemocnění. Práce popisuje bakterie způsobující alimentární infekce, bakterie způsobující alimentární intoxikace a viry způsobující alimentární nákazy. Poslední kapitola se snaží zachytit současný stav alimentárních nákaz v České republice ve srovnání se světem. Na závěr jsou zmíněna všeobecná doporučení k prevenci alimentárních nemocí. |

This work is about definition and division of causative agent of food - born diseases. In project is briefly described taxonomic insertion, appearance, epidemiology and it is indicated prove of their existence and pathogenesis causitive diseases. Project describing bacteria causing alimentary infection, bacteria causing alimentary intoxication and virus causing alimentary contamination. In the last section is comparing alimentary diseases in Czech Republic with rest of the world. In the end of this work are refer general recommendation how to prove alimentary diseases. |
