dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika změny informačního systému ve společ-nosti P-SYSTEMS. Práce je rozdělena do dvou samostatných částí: do části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je zpracován literární průzkum úzce související s problematikou změny informačních systémů ve společnosti. Čerpal jsem z monografické literatury, internetových zdrojů a odborných publikací. V praktické části bakalářské práce je provedena analýza společnosti P-SYSTEMS, poté jsou popsány akceptační kritéria společnosti na nový IS a dále jsou analyzovány a porov-návány vybrané produkty. Na základě těchto analýz je vybrán nejvhodnější produkt pro podnik. Práce pokračuje představením produktu. V poslední části jsou uvedena rizika změny IS a metoda hodnocení projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is the problems of the changes of the information system in the P-SYSTEMS company. This thesis is devided into two separated parts: theoretic part and practical part. In the theoretical part there is made a literary survey which is closely conected with the problems of the changes of the information system in the company. I extracted from the monograph's literature, the internet web sites and the special publications. In the practical part of the thesis is made an analysis of the P-SYSTEMS company then there are described the acceptance criterias for a new IS and there are also analysed and compared chosen products. According to this analysis there are chosen the most suitable products for the company. This thesis gets on with the intoducing of the products. In the last part there are shown the diversifications of the change of IS and the method of the va-luation of the project.	en
