Cílem mé bakalářské práce je podat ucelenou informaci o elektronickém podpisu a jeho konkrétním použití při komunikaci s celní správou. V teoretické části jsou zpracována obecná data o fungování, výhodách a používání elektronického podpisu a také jeho legisla-tivní zakotvení v českém i evropském právu. Je zde vysvětlen princip kryptografie, pojem certifikát, časové razítko nebo elektronická značka. Jsou zde definovány práva a povinnosti poskytovatelů certifikačních služeb. Praktická část se zabývá elektronickým celním řízením s možností využití kvalifikovaného elektronického podpisu. |

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to present the consistent information about the Electronic Signature and it's use of communication with board of customs. The theoretical part conta-ins the general operating data, benefits from using the Electronic Signature and the legislati-on on Czech and European Law. Furthermore there are explained the princip of cryptogra-phy, the concept of Certificate, Time Stamp and Electronic Sign. Finally there are defined the discretions and duties of Certificate Service Providers. The practical part is focus on e-customs operation with possibility of using the qualified electronic signature. |
