dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu současné situace mladistvých delikventů, kteří spolupracují s Probační a mediační službou ČR a rovněž tak shrnout všechny nástroje, které je možné vůči mladistvým v tomto procesu uplatňovat. Delikvence mladistvých je velmi závažný společenský problém, jehož celkové řešení nemůže tato práce obsáhnout, může však posloužit k rozšíření informovanosti v této oblasti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the baccalaureate work is to analyse the current situation surrounding juvenile delinquents cooperating with the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic as well as to summarise all of the instruments that can be applied to youth in this process. Juvenile delinquency is a very serious social problem, the complete solution of which cannot be encompassed by this work; however, this work can serve to increase knowledge and understanding in this area.	en
