Tato bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na dělenou stravu jako netradiční metodu stravování. Bakalářská práce se zabývala historií dělené stravy, principem fyziologie trávení jednotli-vých živin, dělením potravin do tří skupin, kombinací potravin a nevhodnými potravinami z pohledu dělené stravy. Dále byl posouzen vliv dělené stravy na zdravotní stav. Podle zjiš-těných poznatků je v závěru práce navržen jídelníček dle dělené stravy. |

This bachelor work was directed on the food combining as a non-traditional way of a meal plan. The work dealt with history of food combining, the principal of the physiology of in-dividual nutrients digestion, food was divided into three groups, combinations of food and unsuitable food from food combining view. Moreover, it was judged the effect of food combining on one's health. At the end of the work, a diet based on ascertained knowledge is proposed. |
