Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využívání finanční pomoci vlastníků vybraných kulturních památek, jež se nachází na území Zlínského kraje, a to prostřednictvím veřejné podpory a vlastních příjmů vlastníků. V teoretické části je obsažena charakteristika a kategorizace kulturních památek, právní úprava figurující v oblasti státní památkové péče a charakteristika jednotlivých možností finanční pomoci. Praktická část obsahuje popis jednotlivých akcí památkových obnov realizovaných ve Zlínském kraji, v rámci kterých vlastníci využívají rozdílné finanční pomoci. |

The thesis are considering to possibilities of using financial support owners of the historical monuments, which are located in the Zlin area, namely by the public support and allowances from the owners. The theoretic part contained characterization and categorization historical monuments, law in the field state care of historical monuments, and characterization particular possibilities financial support. The practical part of the thesis contained description particular action historical renewal realized in the Zlin area within using different financial support by owners. |
