Bakalářská práce pojednává o činnosti úředníků Probační a mediační služby ČR (PMS) a jejich roli v prevenci trestné činnosti mládeže ve spolupráci s rodinou. V první části jsme připomněli základní údaje a objasnili smysl PMS. V další fázi práce jsme konkretizovali práci pracovníků PMS v jejich péči o mladistvé pachatele trestných činů v souladu se zákonem 218/2003 Sb. Dále jsme se zaměřili na rodinu, základní rozčlenění rodin, funkci rodiny, důležitost výchovy v rodině i mimo rodinu. Další kapitola zkráceně pojednává o prevenci kriminality mládeže v Americe. V poslední kapitole jsme uvedli poznatky a zjištěné informace z praxe ve středisku PMS v Jihlavě. |

This Bachelorś Dissertation is a treatise on the performance of officers in the Probation and Mediation Service (PMS) in the Czech Republic and thein role in the prevention of criminal acts by young people in co-operation with their families. In the first part, we reiterate general information on and clarify the purpose of the PMS. In the next part of the work, we explain the actual work of PMS officers in regard to their care of juvenile offenders in accordance with statute 218/2003 Sb. Next we focus on the family, explaining the general types of family, the function of the family unit and the importace of upbringing within and outside the family. The next chapter deals briefly with the prevention of the criminal acts of young people in America. In the final chapter, we present our own experiences and conclusions as a result of my time with the PMS in Jihlava. |
