dc.description.abstract	Vstup do Evropské unie znamená pro Českou republiku možnost čerpání finančních pro-středků z evropských fondů. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na podporu malého a středního podnikání v návaznosti na čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie. Teoretic-ká část objasňuje základní východiska pro uvedení do problematiky. Praktická část zahrnu-je analýzu možností čerpání prostředků pro malé a střední podnikání a oblast lidských zdrojů. Nakonec je navržen projekt pro podporu malého a středního podnikání v Olomouckém kraji, jehož realizací dojde ke zvýšení úrovně odborných znalostí, doved-ností a kompetencí zaměstnanců malého a středního podnikání v Olomouckém kraji.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The admission to the European Union means for the Czech Republic the possibility for drawing from the financial resources of the European funds. The thesis is focused on the backing of small and middle entrepreneurs with reference to drawing from the financial resources of the European funds. The theoretical part explains the basic starting points to introduce the topic. The practical part concentrates on the analysis of the possibilities of drawing financial resources for small and middle entrepreneurs and the sphere of human resources. In the end a project for backing small and middle entrepreneurs in the Olomouc region was proposed to increse the level of professional knowledge, skills and competence of the employees of small and middle entrepreneurs in the Olomouc region.	en
