Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací komunikačních strategií v managementu.Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část specifikuje termín management, jeho funkce, přístupy a historický původ. Dále definuje termín manažera a vymezuje vznik a formování nového českého managementu. Praktická část přináší poznatky o důležitosti firemní kultury a kulturních standardů. Analytickou metodou zjišťuje, jak čeští a američtí manažeři vnímají sama sebe, společnou spolupráci a své typické charakteristiky. |

The theoretical part defines the term management, its basic functions, approaches and historical origin. Hereinafter it defines the term manager and its origin and forming of new Czech management. Practical part specifies the importance of company culture and cultural standards. It analyzes how American and Czech managers see each other, their mutual cooperation and their typical characteristics. |
