Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou nároků kladených na pedagogy vyučující ve speciálních třídách. V teoretické části nejprve popisuji učitelské povolání, pojem osob-nost, pokouším se určit vlastnosti vhodné pro pedagoga, dále zde uvádím některé významné typologie pedagogů a charakterizuji vztah mezi učitelem a žákem. Následně vysvětluji pojem děti se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami, podrobněji se pak zaměřuji na děti s mentálním postižením a popisuji systém vzdělávání těchto dětí v České republice. Nakonec se zabývám otázkou integrace, a především integrace formou speciálních tříd zřizovaných při běžných základních školách, načež popisuji specifika v přístupu pedagogů k mentálně postiženým dětem. V praktické části se snažím za užití kvalitativních metod zjistit, jaké požadavky a nároky jsou kladeny na učitele působící ve speciálních třídách na základní škole, v čemž vidím zároveň přínos své bakalářské práce. |

In my thesis I deal with the requirements which are demanded of the educationists in special classes. In the theoretical part I first describe what the profession of an educationist lies in and what the term personality stands for. I try to state the most eligible qualities an educationist is defined by, and then I mention a few prominent typologies of teachers and describe relations between a teacher and his pupil. I focus on the children with specific educational needs, particularly on the children with mental defections; I relate on the educational system carried out in the Czech Republic for such children. I conclude the theoretical part with the problem of integration, i.e. the integration by means of the special classes which are established at the common basic schools, and with the comments on the special approaches of the teachers towards the mentally disturbed children. In the practical part I do a research aimed to gaining some knowledge of what requirements and demands are expected from the teachers working in the special classes, which I perceive to be my own contribution to the field. |
