dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou měření výkonnosti podniku. Smyslem této práce je identifikace hlavních faktorů, které ovlivňují výkonnost ve vybraném podniku. Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních části: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou obecně charakterizovány jednotlivé ukazatele řízení a měření výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části jsou tyto analyzovány, popsány jejich přednosti a nedostatky se zaměřením se na jejich využití pro řízení v podniku. Na základě předchozích poznatků jsou navrženy možnosti využití získaných závěrů pro budoucí řízení výkonnosti v podniku. Práce je doplněna tabulkovými přílohami programu Microsoft Excel a zobrazuje tak kompletní výpočtové postupy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis I am concerned with measuring of the company. The purpose of the thesis was identification of main factors, which have positive influence on the creation of value in the company, this factors were suggested steps which should lead up to grow company value. This thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one is dealing with method of financial analysis and theory of new indicators for measuring and managing of the company. The analytical part of my thesis is oriented on the application of the closen indicators in the company. On the basis previous experiences enriched my know ledges and I belive, it offened many new impulsions for the better ment of the EVA and BSC managing in the company. Microsoft Excel Tables are enclosed which show the complete process of calculation.	en
