Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikanování na základní škole, jejími příčinami a možnostmi prevence tohoto významného patologického jevu. Teoretická část se zabývá pojetím šikany, agresí, agresivitou a jejich projevy. Dále popisuje aktéry šikanování, oběti šikany, osobnost pedagoga i úlohu rodiny a společnosti. Další kapitoly se věnují diagnostice šikanování, prevenci a možnostem řešení. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na provedení výzkumu, který šetří otázky problematiky šikany, jednak v závislosti na věku žáků, dále na osobních či zprostředkovaných zkušenostech, ale také zkoumá například zájem a informovanost rodičů o šikaně ve škole nebo možnosti sebeochrany žáků v případě výskytu šikany. Byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření. |

This final work is dealing with the problems of chicane in the primary school, the causes and prevention possibilities of this important pathological phenomenon. The theoretical part is concentrating on the conception of chicane, aggression, aggressiveness and its demonstration. The participant of chicane, the victims of chicane, the personality of teacher and the function of family and the society are described here. Further chapters are concentrating on diagnostic of chicane, the prevention of chicane and the posible solutions. The practical part is devoted to the research itself, which tries to find out a solution to chicane problems, partly depending on the age of the respondents, partly on personal or mediate experience, but it even examines concern and awareness of parents relating to chicane at school or possibilities of pupil's self-defence. A quantitative method had been chosen using a questionnaire. |
