dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou hodnocení a řízení vý-konnosti podniku. V práci jsou teoreticky popsány moderní metody hodnocení výkonnosti, které jsou v praktické části využity k posouzení výkonnosti společnosti XY. Na základě vyhodnocení jednotlivých metod je představen projekt využití vybraného konceptu pro hodnocení a řízení podnikových činností, který bude sloužit jako návod pro společnost XY, jak i do budoucna udržet svůj záměr, a to být fungujícím a prosperujícím podnikem s dlouhodobou perspektivou existence.	cs
