dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce analyzuje systém využití nákladového controllingu pro efektivnější řízení ve firmě. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí. V první části vymezuje teo-retická východiska, které slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část této práce. Praktická část se nejdříve věnuje stručné charakteristice společnosti, a dále popisuje dosavadní průběh controllingu ve firmě. Následně se zabývá nákladovou analýzou, analýzou kalkulačního vzorce, příspěvku na úhradu fixních nákladů a analýzou jednotlivých nákladových středi-sek. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrhuje firmě opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma work analyses the system of use the cost control for the efficient direction in the firm. My diploma work consists of two parts. The first part defines the theoretical star-ting points which serves as the basis for the practical part. The practical part gives the brief charakteristic of the firm and she describes the current course of the control in this firm. The work occupis with the analysis of the cost, the analysis of the cost calculation, the marginal contribution and the analysis of cost centers.
