V diplomové práci je řešeno zavedení metod průmyslového inženýrství na konkrétním pracovišti společnosti PILANA TOOLS Knives spol. s r.o. V teoretické části je popsána filo-zofie gemba. Dále je zde definováno zavádění metody 5S, jakým způsobem odhalit plýtvá-ní na pracovišti a jak co nejefektivněji využít strojní zařízení a pracovníka. Je zde také po-psán způsob řešení k problematice v podobě časových studií a studia norem. Vše je v závěrečné části ošetřeno správným zavedením projektu. V další části diplomové práce byla provedena analýza pracoviště řezání. Na základě výsledků budou zavedena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení. Na závěr je opět provedena srovnávací analýza, která poukazuje na fakt eliminace nedostatků pomocí zvolené filozofie a vybraných metod. |

The diploma thesis deals with the introduction of industrial engineering methods at a specific workplace in the company PILANA TOOLS Knives spol. s. r.o. The theoretical part focuses on the gemba philosophy. Further, it is here described how to introduce the method 5S and how to use the worker and the machine in a most efficeient way. The possible way of reaching the best solusion based on tempoval studies and norm studie sis offered. The next part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the cutting department and based on the outcomes, suggestions for improvement will be offered. The final part will conclude with a contrastice analysis which will show whether the flaws can eliminated using the suggested methods and procedures. |
