dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce si klade za cíl definovat základní principy a pravidla, které je nutno dodržet při tvorbě projektu a využívání dotací ze zdrojů Evropské unie. Dále pak určit konkrétní možnosti malých a středních firem v regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava pro využívání těchto prostředků. Důraz při jejich sestavení je kladen na srozumitelnost, přehlednost a praktickou využitelnost tak, aby bylo možné zvýšit efektivitu a úspěšnost čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů. Tato diplomová práce by měla sloužit především malým a středním podnikatelům v regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava jako podpora pro získávání finančních podpor z Evropské unie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis proposes to define primary principles and rules which are necessary to keep in case of project formation and taking use of grants from European Union sources. Further, to determine particular potentialities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Central Moravian region for using these means. During making them is placed emphasis on comprehensibility, lucidity and practical usage so that there was potency to increase efficiency and fruitfulness of obtaining the means of Structural Funds. This thesis should serve especially to small and Medium-sized Enterprisers in the Central Moravian region such as support for obtaining financial resources from the European Union's funds.	en
