Práca je zameraná na spracovanie jednotlivých častí strategickej analýzy firmy Pavel Dudr. Charakterizuje niektoré marketingové analýzy a hlavne sa zaoberá praktickým využitím týchto analýz pre zhodnotenie postavenia spoločnosti z vnútorného a vonkajšieho pohľadu. Zisťuje silné a slabé stránky spoločnosti, jej príležitosti a ohrozenia, ale aj konkurenčné výhody a schopnosti a prednosti analyzovaného podniku. |
