dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této práce je provést srovnání úvěrů ze stavebního spoření s hypotečními úvěry. Teoretická část podrobně popisuje stavební spoření, překlenovací úvěry, úvěry ze stavebního spoření a hypoteční úvěry. V praktické části jsou popsány vybrané stavební spo-řitelny a hypoteční banky. Jejich produkty jsou porovnány nejprve všeobecně prostřednic-tvím úrokových sazeb a poplatků, dále dle konkrétních nabídek sestavených pro modelový případ financování rekonstrukce rodinného domu. Je zvolena výhodnější varianta financo-vání bydlení ze dvou porovnávaných. V závěru práce je vyhodnocen dotazníkový průzkum informovanosti obyvatel České republiky o dané problematice.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Main target of this work is draw a comparison between building saving loans and mortgage loans. The teoretical part is describing in detail building saving, bridging loans, building sa-ving loans and mortgage loans. In a practical part are discribing selected building societies association and mortgage bank. Their products are comparing by means of interest rates and charges, then according to specific offers rigged for model case of financing reconstruction of family house.
