Tato práce se zabývá toxickými látkami v potravinách rostlinného původu. Toto téma je v dnešní době velmi aktuální. Spousta vědců a odborníků se věnuje výzkumu působení těchto látek na lidský organismus a životní prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na nejnebezpeč-nější skupinu, kterou jsou pesticidy. Zabývá se jejich charakteristikou, chemickou struktu-rou a toxicitou. |
