Klíčovými body této práce je prostudování literárních zdrojů českých i zahraničních autorů věnujících se problematice logistiky a nákupu jako součásti logistického řetězce, podrobná analýza systému hodnocení dodavatelů a celého nákupního procesu firmy Setech Material Management CZ, s.r.o. a návrh optimalizace procesu hodnocení dodavatelů tak, aby splňo-val kritéria stanovená v definici projektu.	cs
