Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací metod průmyslového inženýrství, kterými jsou 5S a TPM. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody průmyslového inženýrství 5S, TPM a VM. V analytické části je provedena analýza současného stavu na pracovišti, odhaleny nedostatky a ztráty. Projektová část se zabývá implementací metod 5S a TPM na pracoviště. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení a přidány návrhy do budoucna. |

In his thesis student talks about an implementation of methodes of industrial engineering which are 5S and TPM. In the theoretical part student analyses the methodes of industrial engineering which are 5S, TPM and VM. In the analytical part is made an analyse of a current state in working place, there are recovered losses and absences. In the project part the procedure of implementation of 5S and TPM in the working place is mentioned. In the end the analyse is made and recommendations for the future are added. |
