Tato práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí z hlediska Policie ČR. Práce samotná je dělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou s výzkumem. V teoretické části je cha-rakterizován pojem domácího násilí, jeho specifika, druhy a mýty. Je zde rovněž vymezena osoba pachatele a oběti. Následuje osvětlení prevence domácího násilí s uvedením ne-ziskových organizací. V závěru práce je osvětlena trestně právní a občansko právní mož-nost boje s domácím násilím, kde jsou i uvedeny oprávnění a povinnosti Policie ČR. V praktické části je proveden výzkum, který je zaměřen na informovanost příslušníků Po-licie ČR z hlediska domácího násilí. |

This essay deals with the problematics of home violence from the view of the Police of the Czech Republic. It is divided into two parts: the theoretical part and practical part with a survey. In the theoretical part there is specified the concept of the home violence, its specifications, types and myths. There is defined the person of offender and victim there as well, followed by clarification of home violence prevention and presentation of non-profit organizations. The end of the theoretical part deals with criminal law and civil-law possibilities of the struggle with the home violence, as well as competence and duties of the Police of the Czech Republic. The survey in the practical part of the essay is focused on foreknowledge in the matter of home violence among the members of the Police of the Czech Republic |
