Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice byrokracie ve veřejné správě. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se týkají byrokracie a chápání samotné její podstaty. V praktické části je posouzen úřednický aparát Magistrátu města Zlína, podpořený výzkumem, který zjišťuje pohled na současný stav byrokracie u pracovníků magistrátu a studentů v ČR. V závěru práce se čtenáři dozví zhodnocení a návrhy pro zlepšení stavu byrokracie, které jsou výsledkem vyplývajícím z výzkumného šetření. |

This Bachelor's thesis is devoted to the problems and issue relating to bureaucracy in public sector administration. The basic terminology relating to bureaucracy and how they are understood (in practice) are described and explained in this piece of work. The practical part assesses the workings of the administrative apparatus of the Zlin Municipal Council, supported by field research designed to establish a perspective on the current state of bureaucracy among employees of the council and students in the Czech Republic. In the Summary, readers can discover an evaluation as well as suggestions as to how to improve the state of bureaucracy, which are the result of the outcomes and results of the research study investigation. |
