Tato předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o personálních činnostech, konkrétně náboru, přijímání, vzdělávání a rozvoje, a propouštění pracovníků ve firmě Baťa v období 1894 - 1939 a v současné společnosti Baťa, a.s. v České republice. V teoretické části popisuje teoretické znalosti personálních činností. Na tyto teoretické znalosti navazuje praktická část, která obsahuje 2 analýzy personálních činností. 1. analýza se týká firmy Baťa v období 1894 - 1939 a 2. analýza je zaměřená na současnou společnost Baťa, a.s. Na základě analýz přináší tato práce srovnání personálních činností a navržená doporučení pro současnou společnost Baťa, a.s., která má příležitost se inspirovat ze zkušeností z její historie. |

This presented bachelor work deals with human resources management, specifically re-cruitment, hiring, education and development, and dismiss staff in Bata company in the term of 1894 - 1939 and Bata company in the Czech Republic today. The theoretical part describes the theoretical knowledge of human resources management. The practical part then is a follow-up to the theoretical knowledge; it includes two analyses of how human resources management actually works. The first analysis is related to Bata company in the term of 1894 - 1939 and the second analysis is focused on Bata company today. On the basis of these analyses this bachelor work shows the comparison of human resources management at that time versus today and makes suggestions to Bata company in the Czech Republic today, which has an opportunity to draw inspiration from its experience acquired throughout history. |
