In the theoretical part of this bachelor paper, problems of characteristic and partition of the alternative sweeteners are discused. The aim of the practical part was made the examination of the sortimnet avaible alternative sweeteners in the market, to discover useage of the adult population by the sweeten and made the sensorial appreciation of the choises alternative sweeteners. |
