Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob. Cílem této práce je navrhnout taková opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení systému řízení zásob. V teoretické části jsem uvedla poznatky získané z literatury, týkající se členění zásob, jejich funkcí a řízení. Dále jsem popsala nákupní proces organizace a volbu dodavatele. V praktické části je popsána společnost Praxis, oddělení nákupu a proces zpracování zboží. Dále jsem uvedla strukturu zásob společnosti. V závěru jsem navrhla možná opatření ke zdokonalení systému řízení zásob |

My bachelor thesis deals with questions of the inventory controlling. The aim of this work is to make suggestions that would contribute to an improvement of the inventory control system. In an theoretical part, I introduce some information gained from sources relevant to the structure of inventories, assessing ang its controlling. In the analytical part, there is the company Praxis, purchase department and procedure of proccesing of goods described. Then i present a structure of goods. In the end, i suggest possible arrangements to improve the inventory control system. |
