dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje zásob ve společnosti Dorbas, s.r.o. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a doporučit možnosti ke zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům z oblasti zásob, jejich členění, řízení, optimalizace a ukazatele. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou částí. Nejdříve se zmíním o charakteristice společnosti. V druhé části jsou uvedeny přehledné tabulky a grafy znázorňující vývoj zásob.Dále pak pohyb a stav jednotlivých zásob na skladě za určité období.V závěrečné části jsou navrženy doporučení ke zlepšení stávající situace v oblasti řízení zásob.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is engaged in issues dealing with development reserves in the company Dorbas, s.r.o. The aim of my thesis is to put out and recommend possibilities to improve the management of reserves. The theoretical part is devoted to the general concepts from the area of reserves, their dividing, managing, optimalization and indicators. The practical part is divided into two parts. At first I will introduce the company. In the second part I will introduce clear tablets and charts demonstrating development reserves. I will also ex-plain the change in inventories through fiscal cycles. In the final part, I will propose rec-ommendations to improvement current situation in the area of inventory control.	en
