Ve své diplomové práci se pokusím analyzovat úroveň decentralizace ve Francii a porovnat ji se situací v průběhu reformy veřejné správy probíhající v České republice. Diplomová práce je členěna do čtyřech kapitol. První kapitola je výkladem a osvětlením pojmů se kterými v dalším průběhu diplomové práce pracuji. Druhá a třetí kapitola pojednává o vývoji a současném stavu decentralizace v jednotlivých komparovaných zemích, tzn. Francii a České republice. Poslední kapitola srovnává některé oblasti v těchto dvou zemích, jejich rozdíly, problémové oblasti, společné rysy a možnosti inspirace pro probíhající reformu veřejné správy v České republice úrovní decentralizace ve Francii. |

In my master thesis I will attempt to analyse level of decentralization in France and compare it with the situation during reform of public administration running in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided in four chapters. The first chapter is the interpretation and explanation of terms I work further in my thesis with. The second and third chapter deal with development and present status of decentralization in individual comparing countries, that means in France and in the Czech Republic. The last chapter compares some regions in these two countries, their differencies, problem areas, common features and possible inspirations for running reform of the public administration in the Czech Republic by decentralization level in France. |
