| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická časť bakalárskej práce sa zaoberá zobrazením smrti a jej symbolikou v rôznych fotografických žánroch a kultúrnych kontextoch. Práca predstavuje smrť ako jednu z kľúčových motívov umeleckej a dokumentárnej fotografie a skúma jej vývoj. Vychádza z filozofických konceptov, ako aj pominuteľnosť a pamäť a analyzuje symboliku a význam smrti vo vizuálnom umení. Zameriava sa aj na etické a psychologické aspekty, ktoré so sebou nesie samotné zobrazovanie smrti a jej tabuizácie v západnej spoločnosti. Na prahu.. :Bakalárska práca je sériou veľko-formátovaných inscenovaných fotografií pojednávajúcich o smrti a smrteľnosti. Každá fotografia predstavuje jeden frame z neexistujúceho filmu, ktorý si divák dotvára v mysli. Témou je akýsi symbolický aj doslovný "prahový moment" - miesto alebo situácia, kde sa niečo stalo, zlomilo. Nejedná sa o rekreáciu skutočného zločinu, ale o zachytení atmosféry po akte, chvíle ticha, kde všetko naznačuje, že dochádza k niečomu temnému. Cieľom je vytvorenie silne atmosférických záberov, ktoré stoja na pomedzí reality a fikcie. Divák má pocit že je súčasťou nevypovedaného príbehu. Súbor je doplnený o fragmenty ľudského tela, ako pripomienky ľudskej smrteľnosti. Postsmrtne (memento naturae): Názov katalógu vychádza z umeleckého aliasu umelkyne Margarity Ivy. Vychádza z primárnej idei výstavného súboru a je vizuálnou úvahou o smrti a smrteľnosti. Tak ako fotografia dokáže zastaviť čas, jej diela tak isto zastavujú čas po smrti, prostredníctvom živice, čím vytvára špecifické umelecké objekty. | |

The work also addresses the ethical and psychological aspects involved in representing death, as well as its taboo nature in Western society. On the edge.. :The bachelor's thesis is a series of large-format staged photographs exploring death and mortality. Each photograph represents a single frame from a non-existent filmone that the viewer completes in their imagination. The central theme is a symbolic and literal "edge moment"a place or situation where something has happened, something has broken. This is not a recreation of a real crime, but rather a capturing of the atmosphere after the acta moment of silence in which everything suggests that something dark is unfolding. The aim is to create strongly atmospheric images that blur the line between reality and fiction. The viewer is drawn into an untold story. The series is accompanied by fragments of the human body, serving as reminders of human mortality. Postsmrtne (memento naturae): The title of the catalogue is derived from the artistic alias of the artist, Margarita Ivy. It stems from the core idea of the exhibition series and serves as a visual reflection on death and mortality. Just as photography can freeze time, her works also suspend time after deaththrough the use of resinthus creating unique artistic objects. | |
