dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kybernetickou bezpečností lokálních sítí s důrazem na roli lidského faktoru v oblasti zranitelností a rizik. V rámci praktické části byl realizován penetrační test ve formě quishingového útoku na akademické půdě, jehož cílem bylo nejen prověřit reálné ohrožení, ale i otestovat možnosti edukace studentů v oblasti kybernetických hrozeb. Práce využívá teoretických rámců, jako je triáda CIA a metodika hodnocení rizik dle vyhlášky č. 82/2018 Sb., a na základě získaných dat formuluje návrhy na opatření ke zvýšení odolnosti sítě. Důraz je kladen na propojení technických a behaviorálních prvků bezpečnosti a praktické využití výsledků pro zvyšování povědomí o rizicích v prostředí vzdělávacích institucí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the cybersecurity of local networks with an emphasis on the role of the human factor in the area of vulnerabilities and risks. As a portion of its practical part, a penetration test in the form of a quishing attack was carried out on campus with the aim of not only to verify the real threat, but also to test the possibilities of educating students in the area of cyber threats. The thesis uses theoretical frameworks, such as the CIA triad and the risk assessment methodology according to Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., and based on the data obtained formulates proposals for measures to increase network resilience. The emphasis is placed on the connection of technical and behavioral elements of security and the practical use of the results to raise awareness of risks in the environment of educational institutions.
