Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti v jejím odvětví. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé analýzy a strategie v rámci konkurenceschopnosti. Praktická část analyzuje vybranou společnost za pomoci vybraných analýz a strategií. Na závěr jsou dána doporučení pro vybranou společnost na zlepšení jejího současného konkurenčního postavení na trhu. |
