dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá proměnou organizovaného zločinu v souvislosti s nástupem digitalizace a rychlým vývojem technologií a analyzuje jejich vliv na společnost a bezpečnostní sféru. V teoretické části je rozebrán historický kontext tradičních mafiánských organizací a popsána jejich adaptace na digitální prostředí, včetně forem kriminality, jako jsou kybernetické útoky, ransomwarové vydírání, využívání kryptoměn či působení na dark webu. Praktická část práce provádí komparativní analýzu Spojených států amerických a Velké Británie z hlediska jejich strategií v boji proti digitálnímu organizovanému zločinu, přičemž reflektuje legislativní opatření, preventivní mechanismy a technologické nástroje pro detekci a prevenci hrozeb. Důraz je kladen rovněž na etické a bezpečnostní otázky spojené s rostoucím zapojením umělé inteligence v rámci páchání i potírání trestné činnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of organized crime in the context of the advent of digitalisation and the rapid development of technology and analyses its impact on society and the security sphere. The theoretical part discusses the historical context of traditional mafia organisations and describes their adaptation to the digital environment, including forms of criminality such as cyber-attacks, ransomware extortion, the use of cryptocurrencies and operating on the dark web. The practical part of the thesis conducts a comparative analysis of the United States and the United Kingdom in terms of their strategies to combat digital organised crime, reflecting on legislative measures, prevention mechanisms and technological tools for threat detection and prevention. Emphasis is also placed on the ethical and security issues associated with the increasing involvement of artificial intelligence in both the perpetration and the suppression of crime.
