dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím bezpilotních leteckých prostředků, známých jako drony, složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav jejich využívání a analyzovat přínosy, omezení i budoucí možnosti jejich nasazení při řešení mimořádných událostí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní terminologii, technologické rozdělení dronů, právní rámec jejich provozu a vývoj v oblasti krizového řízení. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétním formám využití dronů Hasičským záchranným sborem, Policií a Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou, přičemž tato využití jsou hodnocena pomocí SWOT analýz. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navržena opatření, která by mohla přispět k efektivnější integraci dronů do činnosti IZS. Práce poukazuje na rostoucí význam této technologie v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a krizového řízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, commonly known as drones, by the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of drone deployment and to analyze the benefits, limitations, and future potential of their use in emergency response operations. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology, technological classification of drones, legal framework of their operation and developments in crisis management. The practical part examines specific applications of drones by the Fire Rescue Service, the Police and the Emergency Medical Service, with their effectiveness assessed through SWOT analyses. Based on the findings, the thesis proposes measures to support the more effective integration of drones into emergency response activities. The study highlights the growing importance of this technology in civil protection and crisis response.
