dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku záchrany osob ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat rizika spojená s touto prací a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti. K dosažení cíle byly využity metody řízeného rozhovoru a analýza rizik, přesněji metody What-if, FMEA a Bowtie diagram. Výsledkem je návrh technických a organizačních opatření, která mohou přispět ke snížení rizik při zásahu. Práce může posloužit lezcům složek IZS pro lepší ochranu proti rizikům.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the issue of rescuing people at height and above free depth, where specific risks be addressed. The main objective is to identify and analyze these risks and propose appropriate measueres to enhance safety during interventions. To achive this, the work employs the method of structured interviews and selected risk analysis techniques, specifically the What-if analysis, FMEA, and the Bowtie diagram. The outcome is a set of technical and organizational measures that can significantly contribute to minimazing the risks associated with high-rise rescue operations. The thesis can serve climbers of the IZS forces for better protection against risks.
