dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou narušení informační bezpečnosti v prostředí Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Cílem práce je navrhnout modelové scénáře útoků, provést jejich analýzu pomocí metody What-if a matice rizik a následně navrhnout vhodná bezpečnostní opatření. Teoretická část se věnuje právním rámcům a významu informační bezpečnosti ve veřejné správě. Praktická část obsahuje vizualizaci vybraných scénářů pomocí vývojových diagramů, jejich hodnocení a návrh řešení. Výsledkem práce je návrhový přístup, který může sloužit jako inspirace pro posílení bezpečnostní odolnosti veřejných institucí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis addresses the issue of information security breaches within the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The aim is to propose model threat scenarios, analyze them using the What - if method and a risk matrix, and subsequently desing appropriate security measures. The theoretical part focuses on legal frameworks and the importance of information security in public administration. The practical section includes visualized scenarios using flocharts, their assessment, and proposed solutions. The result is a conceptual approach that may serve as inspiration for strengthening the cybersecurity resilience of public institutions.
