dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku posttraumatické péče u příslušníků základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky, konkrétně u hasičského záchranného sboru, zdravotnické záchranné služby a policie. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat systémy posttraumatické péče v jednotlivých složkách, zjistit míru povědomí o dostupných formách podpory mezi příslušníky a posoudit jejich zkušenosti a postoje k využívání psychologické pomoci. Teoretická část práce popisuje strukturu integrovaného záchranného systému, představuje specifika psychické podpory v jednotlivých institucích a vymezuje klíčové pojmy související s krizovou intervencí. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu realizovaném pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl zaměřen na demografické a profesní údaje respondentů, jejich zkušenosti s traumatickými situacemi, znalost a využívání posttraumatické péče, vzdělávání v této oblasti a vlastní návrhy na zlepšení systému. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že většina příslušníků vnímá dostupnost psychologické pomoci pozitivně, nicméně její využívání je stále ovlivněno osobními bariérami a stigmatizací psychických problémů. Respondenti rovněž poukazují na potřebu větší informovanosti a rozšíření preventivních programů. Práce uzavírá doporučeními zaměřenými na posílení systému posttraumatické péče a podporu duševního zdraví pracovníků v první linii.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of post-traumatic care for members of the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic, specifically the Fire Rescue Service, Emergency Medical Services, and the Police. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the systems of post-traumatic care within each component, to determine the level of awareness regarding available support among members, and to assess their experiences and attitudes toward utilizing psychological assistance. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the structure of the Integrated Rescue System, presents the specifics of psychological support within the individual organizations, and defines key concepts related to crisis intervention. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through an anonymous questionnaire survey. The questionnaire focused on the respondents' demographic and professional data, their experiences with traumatic situations, their knowledge and use of post-traumatic care services, their education in this area, and their suggestions for improving the system. The research results show that most respondents perceive the availability of psychological support positively; however, the actual use of such services is still influenced by personal barriers and the stigmatization of mental health issues. Respondents also highlight the need for greater awareness and the expansion of preventive programs. The thesis concludes with recommendations aimed at strengthening the system of post-traumatic care and promoting the mental health of first responders.
