dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychickou zátěží příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému v souvislosti se zásahy u smrtelných nehod. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují vnímaní smrti u příslušníků HZS při těchto zásazích a zhodnotit využívaní a efektivitu psychologické péče v rámci HZS ČR v této zkoumané oblasti. Teoretická část vymezuje integrovaný záchranný systém, psychickou zátěž, systém psychologické služby HZS, smrt a umírání. Práce byla zaměřena na Pardubický kraj, ve kterém byla sbírána data. V práci byly využity metody dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a následně byla vytvořena návrhová doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the psychological burden experienced by members of the Integrated Rescue System in connection with interventions involving fatal accidents. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that influence the perception of death among members of the Fire Rescue Service during these interventions and to evaluate the extent and effectiveness of the psychological care provided within the Fire Rescue Service in this examined area. The theoretical part defines the Integrated Rescue System, psychological burden, psychological support system within Fire Rescue Service, and the concepts of death and dying. The research was focused on the Pardubice Region, where data collection was carried out. The thesis employs methods of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, and based on the findings, a set of recommendations was developed.
